For this residence in Ivy Creek, Albemarle County, the owners partnered with Jeffery Dungan to design the home they had long imagined, while Waterstreet Studio shaped the site layout and landscape architecture to complement its setting. As construction unfolded, initial ideas blossomed into inspired decisions—including the addition of a pool and pool house that further enhanced the property into a true sanctuary. Distinctive design elements—sculptural chimney forms, graceful arches, charming windows tucked into unexpected places, and a thoughtful blend of old-world character with modern livability—gave the home a character as special as its owners.
