GME collaborates closely with landscape design teams from the earliest planning stages through construction, ensuring that site infrastructure is seamlessly integrated with each property’s overall vision. Utilities, drainage, grading, and hardscape foundations are carefully coordinated alongside architectural and outdoor living elements, allowing the home and landscape to evolve together rather than as separate efforts.

While GME typically does not manage the final turf and plant installations, we actively collaborate on planting design to avoid conflicts with infrastructure and hardscape systems. By coordinating these elements well in advance, we help preserve the integrity of the final planting scheme and ensure a smooth transition to landscape installation—resulting in cohesive, well-executed environments where the home and landscape function as one unified design.
