Magnolia Farm

This Gordonsville, Virginia estate was transformed from its original configuration into a modern, expansive retreat—bringing together generous interior living spaces, high-performance systems, and refined outdoor amenities. The remodel reimagined the home for comfortable, sophisticated living with strong indoor-outdoor connections and spaces designed for both everyday life and large-scale entertaining.

The project included the addition of a new swimming pool with updated pool systems, a geothermal heating and cooling system for exceptional energy efficiency, and the expansion of the interior to create open, light-filled living, dining, and kitchen areas. A large, screened porch was added to extend the living space outdoors, providing a welcoming setting for relaxation and gathering. Through close collaboration with Purple Cherry Architecture, GME seamlessly integrated architectural, structural, and mechanical upgrades—resulting in a cohesive, refined estate designed to graciously host family, honored guests, and clients.
